2020 Mahindra Scorpio Spied! | Features Multiple Drive Modes

Mahindra has been testing the new generation Scorpio for quite some time now. We have come across various spy shots and leaked specs which clearly portray the upcoming 2020 Mahindra Scorpio as a tough competition for its rivals.

The latest update regarding this tough SUV from Mahindra is out in the spy shots and we see multiple drive mode selector in the new interior images.

What to expect

The 2020 Mahindra Scorpio is likely to have 3 drive modes: Eco, City and Sport.

  • The Eco mode will be the economy mode which will help the driver to extract the best fuel efficiency. 
  • The City mode will be the best suited for city traffic conditions.
  • The Sport mode will be there to extract the maximum engine performance.
  • The AWD (All Wheel Drive) mode is expected to have an additional off-road driving mode as well.

Mahindra Scorpio has been an all-time favourite Mahindra for the Indian audience. Though its demand has reduced in recent years, the Scorpio manages to sell 3,000 to 5,000 units every month easily. The next-gen Mahindra Scorpio will have an all-new BS6 compliant engine and new upgrades which will surely help to boost sales.

What makes 2020 Mahindra Scorpio stand out?

The new upgrades version of the new Scorpio will sport an updated dashboard which will make the car look more premium. The newly designed dashboard will also have a large touchscreen infotainment system. We can expect huge 9-inch infotainment in the top-end variant whereas other variants will have 7-inch infotainment system. The 7-inch infotainment system will be sourced from the already existing XUV300.

The 2020 Scorpio will inherit some of the interiors from the Marazzo as well. The instrument cluster, gear lever, control stocks and steering wheel will be directly sourced from the Marazzo.
