2020 Maruti Suzuki Dzire | Engine Specifications
The new Dzire gets a new BS6-compliant 1.2L Dual VVT petrol engine with the idle start-stop. This engine was previously seen on the Baleno and the Glanza. This engine delivers 94.68 hp of power and 113Nm and peak torque. It will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed AGS.
Interior and Exterior
The bolder front fascia and precision cut two-tone alloy wheels as an upgrade in 2020 are going to welcome the Dzire . In the interior, it has champagne trim accents, modern wood accent dashboard with natural gloss effect, coloured TFT multimedia display and SmartPlay audio system. It also gets ESP with hill-hold feature and cruise control. Other updated features include flush type parking sensors, seats with a 3D look. The latest SmartPlay touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and voice recognition along with cloud-based functions is there on the Dzire now. FYI, the new Brezza and the Ignis have got the cloud functions ahead of the Dzire.
The starting price for the 2020 Dzire will be ₹5.83lakhs. It will compete against the likes of Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent, Hyundai Aura and Tata Tigor.
