Toyota India has silently launched the 2020 BS6 Camry Hybrid now priced Rs. 93,000 higher than the preceding BS4 Model. The 2020 BS6 Toyota Camry has priced at Rs. 38.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
2020 Toyota Camry Features
The New Toyota Camry is a feature-loaded premium sedan with almost all the creature comfort one can ask for including an infotainment system, JBL Surround Sound music (with 9 Speakers &”Clari-Fi” Technology), a heads-up display (HUD), 8-way adjustable electric and ventilated seats, 3-zone climate control, a moon roof, adjustable rear seats, power rear sunshades, rear armrest with touch-enabled controls and more. On the outside, the 2020 Camry features LED headlights with LED DRLs, LED Taillamps, 18-inch alloy wheels.
The New Toyota Camry carries forward the “Keen Look” as referred by Toyota and most of the visuals and exterior design is the same as the predecessor. The 2020 Camry is based on Toyota’s TNGA or Toyota New Global Architecture which is the same platform that the Lexus ES 300h is based on.

2020 Toyota Camry Engine & Performance
The New Toyota Camry is powered by an updated 2/5-litre Petrol Hybrid engine that developed 176bhp and a peak torque of 221 nm. This is coupled by an electric motor which produces 118 bhp with 202 nm. The power is put down to the road via a CVT. The 4th generation hybrid system on the new Camry is BS6 Compliant. The Camry can drive in pure EV model using the electric motors, or using the petrol engine or the combination of both.
The 2020 Toyota Camry rivals the likes of the Honda Accord Hybrid, Volkswagen Passat and the Skoda Superb TSI in India.
