India’s one of the top car manufacturer is all set to bring in some big guns in the coming months as part of their India 2.0 strategy which embarks the brand’s new journey with fresh upcoming cars in order to increase its sales volumes. With some of the old but popular products coming with a facelift along with some new entrants which have already been spies a couple of times being tested on Indian roads.

  1. Mahindra XUV500

    First up on the list of the 5 Upcoming Mahindra Cars is the car which defines class and luxury the Mahindra XUV500 which is set to break cover in the early months of 2021. The all-new next-gen Mahindra XUV500 will come packed with features including a massive touchscreen infotainment system, a redesigned grille, headlamps, bumpers, tail lamps etc.

    Talking about the power it is likely that the XUV500 will have a BS6 compliant 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines.

    Next up on the list of 5 upcoming Mahindra cars is the first-ever EV (disregarding the e2o) from the company the XUV300 EV which was recently showcased at the Auto Expo 2020 is expected to hit Indian roads by the second half of 2021. By the looks of it, the eXUV300 looks quite similar to that of its IC-twin the XUV300 but only in terms of design.

    With its launch, the eXUV300 will turn out to be a sole competitor to the recently launched Tata Nexon EV and could have a maximum driving range of almost 300 km over a single charge.

  3. 2020 Mahindra Thar

    Well, this could be the most awaited car for all those off-roading enthusiasts as Mahindra is all set to add the second-generation Thar to its 2021 line-up. The all-new next-gen Thar has also been spotted many a time being tested under various conditions.

    Additionally, the new Thar will also feature some major cosmetic upgrades and list of some new first in its segment upgrades.

    The all-new next-gen Mahindra Scorpio can turn out to be a major game-changer for Mahindra and just like the XUV500 and the 2020 Thar the Scorpio will also feature some major upgrades which will include multi-slated vertical, sleeker headlamps, new fog lamps, wider air inlet, new tail lamps and the list goes on.

    On the Inside, it is likely that the new Scorpio could come with some premium features includes a massive touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay along with HUD, wireless charging facility, automatic climate control system and so on.

  5. Mahindra TUV300 Plus Facelift

    Last up on the list of 5 upcoming Mahindra cars by 2021 is the  TUV300 Plus facelift and with just being a mere facelift the new TUV300 Plus is expected to feature some subtle upgrades and could be launched at any given moment as the still might not be sure whether to launch it or not and could keep it as a buffer product in case of any emergency.

    Currently, it features a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine which could be replaced with a more refined BS6 compliant 2.0-litre diesel engine, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox.
