Jaguar XE Reims Factory Special Revealed in India

The Jaguar XE Reims edition a ‘Jaguar factory special’ is revealed in India and will only be limited to 200 units.

Jaguar XE Reims edition was made to commemorate the maiden winning of Jaguar D type winning a 12-hour race on the Reims race track driven by the likes of Ken Wharton and Peter Whitehead travelling over 2000 kilometres with an average speed of 169 kph.

Featuring the infamous French racing blue paint making a return which was earlier only seen on limited editions XKR-S and XFR-S, it also boasts a 248bhp 2.0 Ingenium petrol engine which will be BS6 compliant.
Other features include Privacy Glass, Heated seats, cold climate pack which includes heated steering, heated windscreen, and headlight washers to ensure you always feel comfortable in the cold weather.

Visually the Jaguar XE Reims edition is a wild dream of every sports car fanatic. Black roof, 19 inches of gloss black alloys, black sill inserts and black mirror caps compliment the french racing blue paint in a way one cannot believe.

But don’t let the beauty of the Jaguar XE Reims fool you. With a powerful acceleration of 0-96.5KPH in 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 249 KPH, Jaguar XE Reims is a powerhouse and is a good addition for anyone looking to get a fast and limited edition vehicle.
Those that follow the Jaguar will notice that this launch is after the launch of the updated standard Jaguar XE edition.
The new Jaguar XE Reims includes some minor design changes, changes to the interior to make it better equipped and other driver-oriented instruments for user-friendly overall control of the features available.

The XE sedan that was released earlier at an introductory price of ₹ 44.98(ex-showroom) comes equipped with a BS6 engine with 8 Speed Auto Transmission. Meanwhile, the XE got a bit of a touch up to Internal and External Features.
