This iteration of Dominar comes with a 248.77cc Twin-spark engine which churns out 27ps of power @8,500rpm and a peak torque of 23.5Nm @6,500rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed transmission. The peppy Dominar has got a good list of features such as twin-channel ABS, upside-down forks at the front, twin-barrel exhaust and much more that are also found on the bigger brother. You will have to spend ₹1,64,218 on the Bajaj Dominar 250.

  6. KTM Duke 250

The real naked sports bike comes with a dual-channel Supermoto ABS which can be converted into single-channel with just a single switch, disc brakes, adjustable mono-shock suspension and so on. But this beast does come at a price of ₹2,05,000 making it one of the costliest ones on the list.

The dual-channel edition comes at a premium of ₹1,28,550.

    It is the India’s first ever Ethanol powered motorcycle and does have an extra push due to the ethanol when compared to the petrol cunterpart. The 197.75cc engine on this one produces 21.01ps of power @8,500rpm while producing a torque of 18.1Nm @7,000rpm. the engine is mated to a 5-speed MT and the bike can reach a top speed of over 129kmpl. It shares other features with the petrol iteration. As for the price, it comes @₹1,20,000, although it is available in selected cities.

  9. Husqvarna Vitpilen 250

    The new entrant to the Indian market, Husqvarna offers the Vitpilen 250 with a 248.76cc engine that produces 30ps of power @9,000rpm and a peak torque of 24Nm @9,000rpm. This makes it the most powerful bike on the list. The Swedish design with minimilastic approach, LED headlamps, dual-channel ABS, monoshock rear suspension and much more comes at a cost of ₹1,84,768 which puts it way ahead in terms of VFM than the KTM Duke 250.
