Maruti, like ever month dominated the sales chart with its WagonR, Dzire, and Baleno along with 4 other models in the top 10 best selling cars in India list. In fact, 4 out of the top 5 positions were held by Maruti, with only 1 car in the list that wasn’t a Maruti- The Tata Nexon. (Tata Nexon was the best selling SUV, followed by the Creta, and Punch.)
1) Maruti Suzuki WagonR –
24634 Units (Best Selling Hatchback):

2) Maruti Suzuki Dzire –
18623 Units:
The Dzire has been one sedan that managed to hold its spot in the top 5 cars for a long time. Even after the dying craze for sedans in India, it has its spot as the second best selling car in India in March 2022!
3) Maruti Suzuki Baleno –
14520 Units:
The Baleno didn’t make the top selling cars list usually, but since the facelift came, the Baleno all of a sudden became value for money again. And this is evident by the sales numbers posted by it!
4) Tata Nexon –
14315 Units (Best-selling SUV):

5) Maruti Suzuki Swift –
13623 Units:
The Swift has remained as one of the best selling car in India amongst the common masses, because of its sporty styling, drivability, and excellent economy. It has been leading the sales chart for quite a long time, but now has fallen from 1st position in February 2022, to 5th in March 2022.
6) Maruti Suzuki Brezza –
12439 Units:
