Not a surprising stat anymore! We have seen the Maruti Suzuki Swift many times on the top of the monthly sales chart. Following the trend, the Swift has gained the first place this time too. This Maruti hatch has sold a total of 18,498 units in the last month which is a great figure but is lesser than what Swift sold in November 2019. The YoY change in the sale for this hatch is -4.22%.

  2. Maruti Suzuki Baleno (17,872 units)

The premium hatch from the Indian automaker has landed on to the second place this time. As always, its twin the Toyota Glanza is nowhere to be seen. What do you think about Glanza not being able to match Baleno’s sale considering the fact that both of them are essentially the same cars! Do let us know in the comments section below. Baleno closed November 2020 with a sale of 17,872 units.

  3. Maruti Suzuki WagonR (16,256 units)

Maruti’s tallboy hatch has been an absolute favourite for the Indian audience. WagonR has never seen failure throughout his lifetime in India. Among the top-selling cars for November 2020, WagonR stands at the third place with a sale of 16,256 units which means a YoY growth of 10.26%.

Do you remember the last time when Alto was facelifted? Well, it’s nowhere in our memory now. Just imagine if this 800cc machine continues to sell this well without even having a facelift or generation upgrade, how great it would be if Maruti upgraded this hatch in time to have the new-gen features like DRLs and touchscreen infotainment. Well with the same old design, Alto sold a total of 15,321 units.

  5. Maruti Suzuki Dzire (13,536 units)

Be it the Hyundai Aura or the Honda Amaze no one has been able to compete with the sub-4-metre sedan segment leader – the Maruti Dzire in terms of sales. There is no wrong in saying that Maruti is India’s favourite car brand because each month we see multiple Maruti cars dominating their respective segments. Dzire ended last month with a sale of 13,536 units.
  6. Hyundai Creta (12,017 units)

The new generation of the Hyundai Creta did face some criticism on its design but we don’t think it has reflected anywhere in the sale figures. With a whopping YoY growth of 79.79%, the new-gen Hyundai Creta has sold 12,017 units in the last month and guess what, Kia Seltos is not on the top 10 selling cars list for the month of November 2020!

  7. Kia Sonet (11,417 units)

Although Seltos is not among the top 10 this time, Sonet has gained the 7th place in the top-selling cars in November 2020. We have already seen Sonet setting new sale records ever since its launch. It has been a nightmare for the Brezza! Nissan has launched the new Magnite yesterday whose price sits below any of the competitors! The competition is about to get hotter in the segment with each coming day. For now, Sonet sold 11.417 units last month.

Not surprising anymore. Maruti Eeco is always here among the top-selling cars. With the least features and safety considerations, this car continues to be the one without any competition! Eeco is still seen in large amounts on the Indian roads. For the month of November 2020, Eeco sold 11,183 units which calculates to be 10.05% more than what it sold in the same month last year.

Another Hyundai in the top 10 list is the Grand i10 NIOS. This hatch has always seen a decent sale number due to its sporty look and comfortable ride quality. The Grand i10 NIOS caters to the audience from different age groups as it has got something for all of them. NIOS ended November 2020 with a sale of 10,936 units and recorded a 7.36% YoY growth.

  10. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (9,557 units)

This budget MPV from the Indian automaker stands at the 10th place among the top-selling cars in November 2020. Ertiga caters to the audience who want an MPV in a decent budget. Although the Renault Triber is available at a price cheaper than the Ertiga, it is not a full-sized MPV. With the availability of CNG and optional AMT, Ertiga continues to be the most sold MPV in India. It sold 9,557 units this time.
