The NEXAVerse

The Grand Vitara: The NEXAVerse exclusive

Dubbed the NEXAVerse, the Maruti Suzuki metaverse project has been launched alongside its latest vehicle offering; the Grand Vitara. As far as the NEXAVerse is concerned, the OEM will offer a virtual showroom experience under its premium arm NEXA, where potential customers will be able to take 360 degrees virtual tour of its new SUV and even order it online!

Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, MSIL, said, “NEXAVerse is MSIL’s world of pioneering initiative in the Meta universe.” Takeuchi said, “The move comes after a detailed consumer research, where MSIL management found the increasing interest among its potential consumers about the digital shopping experience”

According to Maruti, its entry into the metaverse was in anticipation of “customer journey shifting to digital. Through this pioneering VR [Virtual Reality] engagement, customers will be able to fully experience the Grand Vitara on metaverse”, the company said.
