  1. Can we travel to leh in lockdown 5.
    We are planning to visit either lahaul and spiti valley or leh in lockdown 5 means nearly 10 may 2020.
    Is there any restrictions or some special guidelines we have to follow (i.e some documentation work,permits and all)
