Cars at Auto Expo 2020 priced under ₹5 lakh: Alto K10 to Tata Hornbill

There’s no time left for the major automotive show now. Let’s have a look at the cars priced under ₹5 lakh which will be showcased at the Auto Expo 2020.

1. Tata Hornbill(H2X) 

   

   The Indian manufacturer will be revealing the micro SUV at the Auto Expo 2020 which will be locking horns with Maruti Suzuki S-Presso, Mahindra KUV100 NXT, and Renault Kwid. Hornbill was showcased at the Geneva Motor Show last year under the name of H2X. Company is expected to reveal a production-ready version of the H2X at the upcoming show. The price of the Hornbill is expected to be starting from less than ₹5 lakh.

2. BS6 Alto K10 

   

   The current version of the hatch is still powered by a BS4-compliant engine. Thus it can be expected for the manufacturer to give BS6 upgrade to its best-selling model. There might be some cosmetic upgrades too. The company has already upgraded the K10 engine to BS6 which is being used in Celerio. The BS6 Alto will surely be priced under ₹5 lakh.

3. BS6 Hyundai Santro 

   

   The Korean manufacturer is yet to upgrade the 2018 Santro from BS4 to BS6. The Santro received all-new looks and features in 2018 and the version which is expected to launch at the Expo can also be expected to have some minor upgrades here and there.

4. BS6 Renault Kwid 

   

   The micro SUV had a good start in India last year. But it is due for the BS6 upgrade. Renault is expected to upgrade the Kwid to meet the emission norms and showcase it at the Auto Expo 2020 among other cars at its stand.
