The 1.5-litre NA i-VTEC is capable of producing 118hp of power and a peak torque of 145Nm. The premium sedan with a powerful engine under the hood will cost ₹10,99,967.

  5. Hyundai Aura – 10.27 seconds

    The extra boot surely makes Aura a bit slower than its hatchback counterpart. But not much! The same 1.0-litre GDi does the job at this compact sedan. As for the price, ₹8,66,300 is what you will have to spend.

  6. Volkswagen Vento – 10.42 seconds

    Another VW on this list! Germans know how to make a fast car. As for the engine, Vento has a 1.0-litre TSI engine which churns out 110hp of power and a peak torque of 175Nm.   7. Renault Duster – 10.5 seconds

    Duster was long due for an update which came in 2020. And with the update came an all-new 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine. This mill is able to produce a power of 154hp and a peak torque of 254Nm. A 0 to 100 sprint takes just 10.5 seconds.  And when it comes to price, Duster comes at an unbelievable price of ₹10,89,000. It is one of the most VFM SUVs that you may across in the market.

  8. Nissan Magnite – 11.19 seconds

    Recently launched compact SUV from Nissan that has taken the segment by storm. Be it safety, features or the price, Magnite has it all.   9. Nissan Kicks – 11.85 seconds

    Duster’s cousin makes it to top 10. Nissan Kicks has the same engine under the hood but is a tad slower when it comes to acceleration. The turbo variant of Kicks starts at a price of ₹12,09,000. S, should you go for the Kicks or Duster? We’ll leave this battle for another day.

  10. Tata Altroz iTurbo – 11.9 seconds

    And last but not least is Altroz iTurbo. The much-awaited upgrade came in last month and India’s safest hatchback is now powerful too. Though the figures are not the best in the segment, Altroz surely is a fast hatch, the reason behind Hyundai i20 not making a mark on this list!
