2021 Honda Amaze Facelift Launched At ₹7.16 Lakhs!

The latest news in the world of gasoline cars in India is the launch of the Honda Amaze facelift. Today, we have also got the Tata Tigor EV today but for those who still prefer buying a car with an engine, Honda has launched the Amaze facelift! Here are all the updates that the new compact sedan has got.

2021 Honda Amaze | Exterior Updates

On the exterior, we have the majority of upgrades focusing on its face only. A sleeker grille with two additional horizontal chrome strips at the bottom helps us identify the car easily over the older version. We also get to see a revised fog lamp housing with chrome garnishing. This is uniform throughout the lineup however, the top-end variant gets automatic LED projector headlamps with integrated LED Daytime Running Lamps and LED front fog lamps. It also gets chrome handles along with diamond cut, dual-tone alloy wheels. On the rear, we have some chrome garnishes and reflectors on the bumper along with a new set of C-shaped tail lamps.

Interior

The interior remains almost the same as the previous version. We see a few highlights here that include silver accents on the dashboard and the steering wheel which contrasts well with the black and beige interior. Another addition is the leather wrapped around the gear lever for manual variants. You will find map lamps, chrome finish for the AC vents and the new beige stitched seat fabrics that remain limited to the top-end variant. The infotainment is a 7-inch one with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Engine Options

There are no mechanical changes on the Honda Amaze facelift. You get the same1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that churns 90hp and comes mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox. The diesel mill produces 100hp and 200Nm of torque from a 1.5-litre unit when paired with a 5-speed manual.
