Hyundai with its Creta is dominating the Compact SUV segment since its launch. Because of this Hyundai is bound to break their own records. With that said, in these unexpected times, Hyundai has conquered another mountain and have received a total booking number of 1,15,000. Well, these numbers are for the new 2020 Hyundai Creta.
It seems that Creta with its polarizing design packs the bomb that it is topping the sales charts. The new Hyundai Creta is on top in terms of sales in the compact SUV segment from May to September. It’ll be no surprise that it pops again in October as this is the festive month and automotive manufacturers love this month. Well, Hyundai has even beaten their own sibling Kia Seltos when it comes to overall sales.
Hyundai India’s Director for Sales & Marketing says,
Mr Tarun Garg added, “It is a moment of pride for the Hyundai India as the new Creta is indeed the top choice for the compact SUV buyers. Cleary the response and the people’s love for Creta shows the trust in its brand name. It is evident as Creta recently crossed 5,20,000 units in terms of sales since the SUV’s launch in 2015”.
Hyundai with the new Creta has experienced an increase in demand throughout the year also lifting Hyundai’s overall market share in the SUV segment from 17.6 to 26%.
What does the 2020 Hyundai Creta packs?
One of the reasons for Creta being successful is the abundance of compositions in which the SUV is offered. To begin with, the Hyundai Creta comes with 3 engine options; a diesel and a couple of petrol engines, one naturally aspirated and the other turbocharged. For you to know, each and every engine except the turbo petrol gets an option of a manual as well as an automatic transmission.
Talking about features, it’ll take a day to explain all of those. So, long story short, new Creta comes with front ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, LED headlights and more.
