Kia Sonet Variant-Wise Features Leaked Ahead of September Launch

Much recently South-Korean Auto giant revealed its next-in-line model for the domestic market, the Kia Sonet sub-4 meter SUV set to hit Indian shores by September 2020.

The Kia Sonet will be offered in two-trims- Tech Line and GT Line with multiple engines and transmission options. Furthermore, the Sonet line-up will have 5 variants from the Tech-line while only one will be offered with the GT Line model.

All the models have been segregated into two modules namely-Standard Pack and Plus Pack. So without any further ado let’s have a look at the variant-wise features list of the upcoming Kia Sonet.

  1. I am thinking of getting the Diesel version of the GTX+ due to its higher low end torque characteristics required for most city driving. Will test drive the Turbo Petrol engine as well for comparison. I wonder why car manufacturers in India don’t publish HP/PS and Torque graphs as part of the marketing literature???

    • Car Manufacturers in India tend to pander to the general audience who mostly need to know the basic power figures. The enthusiast is a niche that car makers don’t really care about hence, the absence of the torque/horsepower graphs.
