Here’s How The Kushaq Is Helping Skoda Grow In India

The Skoda Kushaq has launched in India just over a month ago, and it has already made Skoda proud. With over 6000 bookings in such a short period of time, the Kushaq has taken on the market like a beast. Skoda has managed to sell 3080 units in July 2021, which is a growth of a massive 320% over June 2021. The launch of the Kushaq has been instrumental in this growth of sales for Skoda.

Keeping sales aside, Skoda is also expanding their network in India. Zac Hollis, the Brand Director at Skoda India said that the Kushaq was launched with the vision of substantially growing volumes in the Indian Market. Despite the challenging circumstances, the Kushaq has managed to exceed their expectations. With the launch, Skoda has also received over 200 requests for new dealerships across India.

With this in play, Skoda plans on having dealerships in 100 cities by August 2021. They also plan on expanding this number to 225 by next year. Skoda also plans on extending sales and services to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities as a part of their ‘Peace of Mind’ campaign. This campaign is built on 4 pillars- Cost of Ownership, Customer Reach, Convenience and Transparency. With this campaign, Skoda India will focus on the betterment of the Overall Ownership Experience of the audience.

  1. Skoda Kushaq is surely a very high quality product which is not only focused on sales but customers too are getting great value from it. Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta have features but not great build quality like Skoda and Volkswagen. TSI engines in the Kushaq are fun to drive however 1.5 TSI is phenomenal. Safety features are very less in base models of competitors due to which Kushaq’s Active Variant would be valueable more than Creta E and Seltos HTE. So if course, Kushaq would be a great product that even sells well.
