Mahindra Scorpio N Variants Explained In Detail

With the latest leaks doing rounds, the hype around the Scorpio N is unstoppable. And now that the variant details are leaked, the excitement cannot be contained. So here’s the complete list of the Scorpio N’s variants.

The Scorpio N Variant Details

With an official launch slated for next week, the variant details have been leaked on the web. According to the leaked report from the Transport Depart, the SUV will be offered with both six- and seven-seater versions spread across the Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8 and Z8L versions. The SUV will offer both Auto and Manual transmissions, with a 4WD version which will be limited to Diesel only.

Scorpio N Variants

In terms of petrol, the Mahindra Scorpio N will offer a total of 13 trims across Z2, Z4, Z6 and Z8 grades with 7 manual and 7 AT trims. The petrol engine on offer will be a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo mStallion with a maximum power of 202 HP much like the XUV700, with no 4WD on offer.

Scorpio N 4WD

Coming to Diesel, the Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8 and Z8L will be the variant choices. The engine on offer will be the 2.2-litre four-cylinder mHawk diesel pumping 130 HP of max power in the base variant with range-topping trims offering Zip, Zap and Zoom ride modes. The Zip mode offers 138 HP while Zap and Zoom offer an additional 37 HP. Unlike the petrol, however, the Diesel engine will offer the iconic 4WD 4XPLOR version. Moreover, the Automatic on offer for the diesel will be the 6-speed torque convertor automatic.
