Maruti Suzuki Ertiga S-CNG BS6 Priced at Rs 8.95 lakh

MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Limited) has just launched the BS6 compliant version of the company’s commercial queen the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga S-CNG priced at just Rs. 8.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).  The company had earlier introduced the CNG variant of the same in the month of July 2019.

With the BS6 up-gradation, the price of the Ertiga S-CNG has seen a minor hike of Rs. 7,000.

Apart from the BS6 upgrade, the Ertiga S-CNG remains untouched. Currently, the Ertiga CNG comes with only a single trim option which is the Vxi variant and supports a long list of features and safety kit.

Unlike the BS6 variant, The Ertiga S-CNG BS6 supports the same K15B petrol engine capable of pushing the power output to 92h with 122Nm of peak torque while running on CNG.

Although this has resulted in a gradual decrease in its mileage from 26.8km/kg in the BS4 variant to 26.2km/kg in the all-new BS6 variant.

The Japanese auto giant has also announced that the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Sales Hits Over 5 Lac Unit Milestone. Since the MPV was first launched almost nine years back.
