As per reports, the Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 is likely to be powered by a 107.8 kWh lithium-ion battery and a four-motor system with one motor for each axle. With a claimed range of around 750 km. the EQS 580 will be the longest-ranged EV in the country. In terms of power, the EQS 580 despite not being an AMG will generate oomph of power by generating 523 Bhp with 856 Nm, sprinting 0 to 100 in just 4.1 seconds!

The biggest advantage of local production will reflect in terms of the EQS 580’s price. We expect the luxury EV to be priced anywhere between Rs 1.8 to 2 Crores.
