Maruti Brezza (12,906 Units)
This one has proved its mettle once again because most of us thought that the high petrol prices wouldn’t allow a petrol-only SUV to sell in the market. But here’s Maruti Suzuki Brezza for you with a sale of 12,906 units. It has shown a YoY growth of 86.96 units!
Hyundai Creta (12,597 Units)
This SUV has definitely climbed up the charts this time. The first one from the Hyundai family to be in the top 10 most selling cars in August 2021.
Maruti Swift (12,483 Units)
Once this hatch enters the Indian market with company fitted CNG, you would see a sudden boom in sales. The Indian audience is so crazy about Swift that they buy it and go for aftermarket kits rather than buying Celerio or Santro! Now that MSIL is ready to bring it with company fitted CNG, it will sell even more. For August 2021, it sold 12,483 units with a YoY drop of 16%.
Maruti Eeco (10,666 Units)
Another one from the house of MSIL that we always have on the list of top 10 selling cars in India. Maruti Eeco has always been a part of the top-selling cars because this one provides utility at its peak. Tata Nexon (10,006 Units)
The flagbearer of the Indian automaker in the Indian market. Tata Nexon is at the 7th rank for the sales report of August 2021. Crossing the 10,000 mark is a very good thing for a car like Nexon. This clearly indicates a stage where this car or possible the brand as a whole is ready to compete with Maruti Suzuki in the near future!
Maruti WagonR (9,628 Units)
The most famous tallboy of the Indian market, Maruti Suzuki WagonR. This car is among the top-selling cars in India every time you see the sales report. FOr the month of August 2021, India’s fav tallboy ended up selling 9,628 units with a drop of over 30%. The drop is majorly due to the growing competition. What do you think?
Kia Seltos (8,619 Units)
