Maruti Suzuki Alto: The Best-Selling Car
Yet again the best of the best, Maruti Suzuki Alto sold as many as 21,260 units with a growth of a massive 22 per cent compared to the 17,389 units sold in October 2021

Maruti Suzuki Wagon R
Another Maruti making its way to the list, the WagonR sold 17,945 units on October 22, a 45% increase from last year’s 12,335 units during the same month.

Maruti Suzuki Swift
The evergreen Maruti Suzuki Swift made the OEM proud by selling 17,231, which marked a huge growth of 88% and emerging as the third best-selling car in India.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno
The best seller from NEXA sold 17,149 units in October 2022, attributing to a 10% growth compared to the 15,573 units sold last year. And with a CNG version launched, the numbers will only rise.

Tata Nexon
The first non-Maruti car and the first compact SUV to make it to the list, the Nexon sold 13,767 units compared to the 10,096 units in October 2021, helping the compact SUV register a 36% growth.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire
Another Maruti product on the best-selling cars list, the Dzire, did great with a 53% growth achieved by selling 12,321 units compared to 8,077 during the same month last year.

Hyundai Creta
The most wanted compact SUV from Hyundai, the Creta, sold 11,880 units translating to a massive 84% increase in terms of year-on-year growth when compared to 6,455 sales units in October 2021.

Tata Punch
The compact micro SUV that came and conquered, the Punch, sold 10,982 units compared to the 8,453 units sold during the same month last year.

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga
Ranked 9th on the list of best-selling cars, the Ertiga sold 10,494 units in October 2022. However, the figures were not up to the mark compared to the 12,923 units sold last year. Nonetheless, the MPV still did great for Maruti.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza
The new Brezza again managed to shine with a 24% increase in YoY sales, with 9,941 units sold in October 2022, up from 8,032 units in October 2021.
