The new Hyundai Elantra which will arrive at Indian shores in 2021 is officially released. Here is a brief comparison between the new Elantra vs the 2019 one to see the major differences.

"2021

The new Elantra is quite different from the old one in more than one way. The new Elantra is sharper as is the theme with new cars and is a minor 30 mm long 25 mm wide than the older one. A jewel pattern grille with integrated turn signals and LED headlamps really give the new Elantra head-turning looks. The old Elentra didn’t feature an integrated LED with the grille.

"2021

Interior is almost completely changed too. The new Elantra has an immersive layout which is driver-focused and has a minimalist feel to it. The new Elantra has the instrument cluster and infotainment system of same sizes measuring 10.25 Inches. The infotainment system is inclined towards the driver allowing better visibility during driving. The infotainment system also supports Android Auto and Apple Car Play. Other new features include a Bose premium speaker system, heated rear seats, and LED mood lighting. One premium feature is the Hyundai digital key through which the car will recognise the driver and adjust features like seating position, air condition levels on the preset preference of the driver.

Old Elantra Vs New Elantra | Engine

"2019

The New Hyundai Elantra’s South Korean model gets two engine options, petrol and LPG which is highly unlikely to come in India. While the petrol engine outputs 121bhp and 154Nm torque the LPG engine delivers 118bhp and 152Nm torque. The petrol engine is mated with a 6-speed manual and a CVT. The average efficiency of the petrol engine is marked at14.4 km/l (manual transmission) and 15.4km/l (AT) efficiency.
