Well if you were thinking of buying the all-new Skoda Octavia RS 245 after the nationwide lockdown due to the ongoing coronavirus lockdown than you might have to look for another substitute as Skoda has recently announced that they have completely sold out the Octavia RS 245 for the domestic market.
It comes to us as a surprise that amidst the on-going lockdown people are still buying cars. However, coming back to the topic. The limited-edition Skoda Octavia created quite a rubble and despite it being a full Rs 13 lakh dearer than the previous-gen Octavia RS from 2017 it has somehow managed to make to dent on the industry and its active competitors who have barely managed to sell a couple of units.
The Octavia RS 245 was priced at a Rs 35.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for which the company had opened the booking since March 1st 2020 exclusively via the brand’s official website.

- The new Octavia RS 245 will retain its power from a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder TSI BS6 petrol motor capable of making 242 hp with 370 Nm of peak torque mated to a 7-speed DSG gearbox.
- The above-mentioned engine specifications will help the Octavia RS 245 in doing 0-100kmph in a matter of 6.6 seconds while punching the top-speed to 250kmph.
