Tata Motors have been surprising us with various special editions on their cars. The Dark Edition, Gold Edition and the Adventure Persona, all 3 have been highly successful in the market! This is why they have come up with the special Tata Kaziranga Edition. This special edition will make its way to the Punch, Nexon, Harrier and the Safari. Here’s what you need to know about the Tata Kaziranga Edition!

What’s different on the Tata Kaziranga Edition?
Like every other special edition Tata has launched, this one also features a new exterior paint job, along with similar accents on the inside. The Kaziranga Edition cars will feature a special ‘Meteor Bronze’ theme both on the outside and on the inside. Apart from the colour, the wheels, ORVMs and other chrome bits will be blacked out on this edition. The interiors of these SUVs will also feature a similar black and bronze theme. This special edition will be based on the top-spec trims of these SUVs, just like it’s based on the Punch’s Creative Trim, so they will be feature loaded!

Why the Kaziranga Edition?
Tata has launched this special edition as a tribute to the Indian One-Horned Rhinoceros. Tata also auctioned off the Punch’s Kaziranga Edition at the IPL auctions. The proceeds from this auction would go to the development of the Kaziranga National Park in Assam.

Any changes to the engine?
No, just like other special editions, the Kaziranga Edition will also not bring about any mechanical changes.
