And when we come to the Honda Amaze, you get the top-spec VX variant with CVT transmission for ₹9,88,414 and if you don’t fancy an automatic, you will be saving almost ₹1,00,000 for the same variant.

Being an SUV, be it a compact one, Tata Nexon surely has a wider and taller road presence than the Amaze. A better wheelbase ensures better legroom in the Tata Nexon. Although the Revotron engine at the Nexon has more performance to offer, the 3-cyl setup is one thing to be looking out for. Now, this is where things get interesting. Remember we started with a budget? So, the XM(S) or the XMA variant of Nexon that fits in the budget gets the following features:
