Top Upcoming Cars in May 2023 | Planning to Buy These?

With the new month we are in, the Indian automobile market is all set to experience some new vehicles. Here are the upcoming cars in India for May 2023. Most of us have been waiting for some of these cars for over a year now and guess what, the wait is almost over!

  1. Maruti Jimny

    The first one on our list is the Maruti Jimny. Ever since Maruti showcased this one at the Auto Expo 2023, the Indian audience has been eyeing the launch of this off-roader. This will be a 5-door version online the Thar which has a 3-door version on sale in India as of now. This will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol 103PS engine with a 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic on sale. Features will have a 9-inch infotainment, with automatic AC.

    India’s first car with twin-cylinder technology. This can be a revolutionary car for the CNG market in India as this will ofcourse, have the twin-cylinder tech, as said. Apart from this, it is expected to be feature packed so much so that it is also expected to have a sunroof! We guess CNG is the next big thing for the Indian market. We expect it to have a starting price of INR 7.35 Lakhs.

  3. Hyundai Exter

    This will be a more SUVish alternative for those who are planning to buy a Grand i10 NIOS or maybe even an i20. This will sit below the Venue in the Hyundai India lineup. While we are expecting it to be powered by a 1.2-L NA petrol, a 1-litre turbo can also be expected to be onboard.

  4. Kia Seltos 2023

    Another one on our list of upcoming cars for 2023 is the Kia Seltos facelift. Although this one is not expected to launch this month we can definitely expect an unveil. The already feature-heavy cabin is expected to retain everything with a couple of additions. Also, a major thing will be the addition of ADAS. The 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines will continue with the same manual and automatic transmissions. The Carens’ 160PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit will be offered with the facelift.
