9 Most Awaited Upcoming Cars In India In 2021

1. New Hyundai Alcazar | ETA: June 2021

2. 2021 Skoda Octavia | ETA: June 2021
   

   

   This one has also started reaching dealerships now and the launch is scheduled for June 10th. This sedan will get a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and possibly a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit at a later date. 3. New Skoda Kushaq | ETA: June/July 2021
   

   

   One of the major launches scheduled for the upcoming months in the Indian automotive market is the Skoda Kushaq. Showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo as the Vision IN, this has now taken shape to form a perfect market read model and will surely be a very tough competition to the likes of Creta, Seltos and more similar cars in the market.

4. 2021 Force Gurkha | ETA: July/August 2021
   

   

   Mahindra Thar is also going to get a fine rivalry in the market from the upcoming Force Gurkha. They are planning to launch the BS6 version of the Gurkha in the Indian market and this will surely divert some of the Thar buyers towards Force showrooms. Isn’t it? The estimated starting price of this off-roader is around 10 Lakhs and it will be fun to see how it takes on the Indian market with Thar being present in the market.

5. New Mahindra XUV700 | ETA: TBD
   

   

   Another highly awaited car in the Indian automotive industry. If we are talking about the upcoming cars in 2021, this could be the one that would offer maximum sales push to its parent brand and the automotive industry overall. The Mahindra XUV700 is expected to be the flagship luxury SUV from the Indian automaker which will be rich in terms of features, comfort and performance. Now that Mahindra has been testing this car for a long, we expect them to launch it really soon.

6. 2021 Mahindra Scorpio | ETA: TBD
   

   

   Another one from Mahindra among the upcoming cars in India in 2021 is the new-gen Scorpio which has been spotted testing many times on the Indian roads and just like the XUV700, we expect them to launch this one in the Indian market in 2021 too. Once Scorpio arrives in the market with a new generation, survival is going to be really difficult for others because Scorpio still continues to sell in a considerable amount in India with its current generation too! 7. 2021 Hyundai Elantra | ETA: TBD
   

   

   The international market already has this one on sale. While Skoda is planning to launch the new-gen Octavia, Hyundai is also planning to drop something great in the Indian market. Octavia’s direct rival is all set to get a generation change and this will surely be a very big threat to the Czech sedan. Among upcoming cars in India 2021, Elantra is definitely there. There is no official date or month confirmation as of now. We can expect them to speed up the process considering Octavia’s launch is almost here.

8. Mercedes GLS Maybach| ETA: TBD

   

   Moving towards luxury cars, we have the Mercedes GLS Maybach which will enter the Indian market. Now, most of you already know that it has a bouncing or dancing feature in the international market and Mercedes is definitely going to bring this feature to our shores as well.
