The Sonet compact SUV is also expected to have some more premium upmarket features tan its cousin the Hyundai Venue.

Toyota Urban Cruiser

This will be the second product to come out of the JV which will initially be based on the Vitara Brezza. According to recent media reports, Toyota’s new sub-4 meter SUV could be called ‘Urban Cruiser’ as the Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer has recently applied to get the Urban Cruiser name patent.

Certain reports also suggest that the name has been derived from the legendary Toyota Land Cruiser which was recently discontinued. Not only that the Japanese carmaker will also be launching the rebadged version of the Ertiga and Ciaz for the domestic market.
