Tata Motors has finally launched the BS6-compliant facelifts of its successfully running cars: Tiago, Tigor and Nexon yesterday. Let’s have a look at the prices of the newly launched rides first and then we’ll be looking at the updates each of these cars have got.

Tata Nexon, Tiago and Tigor | Engine Specifications
- All the facelift models have been introduced with BS6-compliant engines as the emission norms will soon be in effect from the month of April.
- The Nexon is powered by 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre engines. The petrol variant can churn out 86hp of power and a peak torque of 113Nm whereas the diesel engine has a power output of 90hp and 200Nm of torque.
- The Tigor and Tiago are both powered by a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine which offers a maximum power of 82.8hp and a peak torque of 114Nm.
Someone said facelifts! So what’s new in the cars?
Tata Nexon
It gets the same design which can be seen on the upcoming Nexon EV. It gets a bolder bumper with faux skid plate, a sleeker grille and the LED headlamps have been upgraded to look more premium. The LED DRLs and the turn indicators have also been revamped. For the wheels, Nexon gets diamond-cut alloy wheels to add to the bling. The rear-end has also been introduced to new bumpers and updated tail lamps.
The compact SUV gets 7-inch touchscreen infotainment, auto headlamps, keyless entry and go, cruise control and powered sunroof.
Tata Tiago
It has also got revamped bumper, grille and headlamps. The bonnet of the Tiago has modified to meet the stringent pedestrian norms in the country. Inside the Tata hatchback, there are no major changes although some tweaks can be seen here and there.
Tata Tigor
The compact sedan also gets the same updates as the Tiago. In addition to those features, it also gets new foglamps and DRLs. The bonnet of Tigor has also been reshaped to meet the safety norms. A shark fin antenna can be seen at the rear.

It can be expected that the facelift model of Nexon is no less than the previous one. Tata also launched the all-new Altroz which is another 5-star rated car in terms of safety.
