This program protects GoMechanic users against any damages caused during the free pickup and delivery of cars, upto a maximum ofINR 10,000. GoMechanic can process the payments only when damages are proven to be caused by GoMechanic Service Centers.

The insurance coverage is only applicable for services paid online (either before or after the car service.) It is not applicable for cash payments.
The insurance coverage is only applicable forScheduled Services, AC Services, Car Care Services, Denting Painting, Wheel Care Services and Insurance Claims Categoriesonly
The GoMechanic Insurance Protection Program is applicable only on pick up and drop service of your car.
During any event other than pickup and drop such as damages in the vehicle before the pickup is done is not levied within the Gomechanic Insurance Protection Program.
Insurance coverage is not applicable on car services that have been cancelled.
