The new iteration of India’s favourite affordable hatch might have 6 airbags as standard abiding by the new rules. Talking about the design, which is the first thing to notice upon seeing the new car, we can say that Alto has a similar design as the new-gen Celerio. However, considering the fact that TVCs always have top-end variants, we can say this car misses out on alloy wheels. Also, old-school pull-type door handles are seen.
On the feature front, we can expect this car to have the standard Maruti SmartPlay Studio as the other vehicles. This will also call for a revised dashboard, of course! Basic features like front power windows, reverse parking sensors and seat belt warnings can be expected.
On the engine front, the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Alto will continue to have the 798cc mill along with the 1.0-litre K10C as the Alto K10.
