Powering the Volkswagen Vento will be 1.0-litre turbo petrol i.e. 1.0-litre TSI engine. This 3 cylinder engine will be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The good news is that the engine and the transmission will be manufactured locally. We can, therefore, expect the pricing to be really competitive towards the rivals. We can expect the launch by 2022.
