Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
Starting our list of brands applying January price hikes, we have Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. The first month of 2023 will see an increase in the price of each and every Maruti Suzuki vehicle. The brand has said that this is happening due to the overall inflation and recent regulatory requirements which have forced them to pass on the direct impact to the customers.

Audi India
Coming to the second one on our list of January car brand price hikes, we have the premium brand, Audi. This carmaker has confirmed an increase of almost 1.7% throughout the lineup. The price hike is aimed at maintaining the premium price point of the brand in the market.

Mercedes India
Mercedes has announced up to 5% hike in the entire lineup. They have blamed the overall increase in the input cost and to overcome the overall inflationary effect in the market. You will experience a price hike depending on which model you choose.

Renault India
The fourth one on our list is Renault. With well-selling cars like Kwid, Kiger and Triber, Renault India is also increasing prices due to the overall increase in the input costs and the increased raw material cost. The brand is targeting offsetting the impact of constantly increasing input costs.

Kia Motors
Well, the Korean automaker is all set to drop a major price hike after April 2022. However, this will be the third price hike for the new 7-seater in town, the Kia Carens, within a year of its launch. Kia Motors, as a brand, however, will have the prices hiked for the second time this year.

Tata Motors
Last but not least, we have Tata, the homegrown automaker. Among the car brand price hikes, in January 2023, Tata is also set to increase the cost in the name of the upcoming stricter emission norms which will be effective from April 2023. The revised prices are also meant to offset the impact of commodity prices which have been fairly high for the most part of the year.
