    • Hey Anurag,

Start by unplugging and replugging the GoConnect while the car is parked to reset your device.
Then proceed to start the car, wait for 2 minutes and take a 2-3 km trip in an open area. This will reset the GoConnect.

Drop us a mail at gomechanicblog@gomechanic, in case you face any issues.

  5. “Access Denied” message displayed while live tracking the vehicle. Some lack on software or hardware don’t know, but device is not displayed accurate information.

    • Hey Kannapiran,

You cannot use a GoConnect, already paired to a car, into a different car.
However, you can drop a request to unpair the GoConnect from the older vehicle, allowing you to use the GoConnect in the new one.

    • Hey Om,

The GoConnect is a listening device that cannot clear your vehicles’ DTC/Error codes. We also advice you not to do so without professional intervention.
