In a bold move to improve the company’ stance in the domestic market Jeep India has just launched the pumped-up version of the wrangler the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at a starting price of Rs. 68.94 lakh and the deliveries of the jeep Rubicon is set to commence from March 15th 2020.
Considering the price of the new drop-top Jeep will cost you around 5 lakh more than your standard Jeep Wrangler.

- Under its heavy hood, the all-new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon will get its power from a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine making an impressive 268hp with 400Nm of peak torque.
- All its power will be transferred to all four wheels via its 8-speed automatic gearbox and 4×4 all-wheel-drive (AWD) system sourced straight from the Jeep RockTrac.
- The jeep wrangler Rubicon also features a two-speed transfer case 4:1 ‘4LO’ low-range gear ratio, an electronic locking differential on both the front and rear axles, full-time torque management and an electronically operated sway bar that enhances articulation and travel.

- Talking about the design of this off-roading queen comes with a ‘Rubicon’ badge on its front fenders and besides that, we will also get to see some a fresh set of 17-inch gloss-black alloy wheels with 255/75R 17 Mud Terrain tyres.
- Other Standard features on the jeep Rubicon include a fold-down windshield, a removable hard roof, and doors that can be dismantled and refitted.
- Inside the cabin, the all-new Jeep Rubicon will have an 8.4-inch infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7.0-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 9-speaker Alpine sound system with all-weather sub-woofer with 552W amplifier, keyless entry and go, an engine start-stop system and one-touch cruise control.

- With its launch, the all-new Jeep Rubicon will actively rival the likes of the Land Rover Defender, and its own sister the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
