2019 Hyundai Elantra | Now BS6 Compliant

India’s second-largest automaker; Hyundai India has launched the 2019 Hyundai Elantra on 3rd October 2019. Booking for the Elantra had already started from September 25th 2019. The New 2019 Hyundai Elantra starts from ₹15.89 lakh (ex-showroom India)

  • The 2019 Hyundai Elantra is equipped with Hyundai’s BlueLink™ Technology which makes it India’s first fully connected sedan. Hyundai is offering the 2019 Elantra with a 3-year BlueLink™subscription.
  • The 2019 Elantra is now also BS6 compliant thanks to a revamped 2000CC petrol engine which develops 152hp of power and 192nm of torque.
  • The Elantra comes with two transmission options; a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission system or a 6-speed manual transmission.
  • The Elantra scores a 14.6 km/l on mileage (ARAI Tested).
  • There are unofficial reports that a future diesel model of the Elantra could be powered by 1500CC motor from the KIA Seltos.
  • Standard safety features include 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, hill-start assist, tyre pressure monitoring system and vehicle stability control.
  • In-car entertainment-wise, the Elantra has an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system paired with an 8-speaker Infinity sound system and wireless phone charging.
  • Other enhancements to the 2019 Elantra include; the new Hyundai’s signature front grille, reshaped headlamps, LED DRLs, new bonnet design, triangular fog lamps, newly designed alloy wheels and new bumper design and tail-lights.
  • The 2019 Hyundai Elantra is available in 5 colour options; black, silver, white, blue, and red.
  • The top-spec Elantra SX (O) has additional features like dual-zone climate control, 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, leather upholstery, hands-free tailgate opening, front parking sensors, cruise control and an electric sunroof.
