On paper, the 2020 Hyundai Verna appears to be a better deal than the City. However, the 2020 Honda City has some aces up its sleeve. With the 2020 update, the Honda City has also received an updated version of the Honda Connect system. The new Honda Connect with Telematic Control. Moreover, it is also speculated that the 2020 City will be India’s first Alexa-enabled smart car.

Other features on the new Honda Connect include Honda “My Service” which is a vehicle service and maintenance record that helps you keep a track of the health of your car. You also get added functionality of Remote Vehicle Control like locking/unlocking, starting the car, operating the headlights, Geo-fencing, Driving Behaviour, Airbag Deployment, Vehicle Security alerts, Find My Car and Wi-Fi hotspot facility.
