2020 Hyundai i20 Interior
The next-gen Hyundai i20 will be offered in 3 interior trim levels;
- Yellow and Green
- Black Mono
- Black and Gray
It is to be noted that the interior and features of the India-bound i20 might differ from the above.
The New Hyundai i20 comes with a four-spoke, leather wrapped steering wheel that looks very similar to the upcoming Hyundai Creta that is launching on 17th March 2020. The car also gets steering-mounted audio and cruise control. Moving further, we see that the new i20 is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster with a 10.25-inch display. The display looks like it changes colour according to the drive modes.
The new i20 will get 3 driving modes; Normal, Eco and Sport. The digital dashboard will light up Blue in Normal mode, Green in Eco (Economy) mode and Orange in the Sport mode. In the middle, the i20 gets an integrated 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. The new i20 also gets a bonkers Bose music system.
The car also gets Hyundai’s BlueLink connected technology as seen on the Hyundai Venue. The dashboard also houses the automatic climate controls, a wireless charging pad and USB ports.
The new i20 hatchback also comes with ambient lighting, a front centre armrest and push button start/stop system.
Next-Gen Hyundai i20 Engine
The next-gen Hyundai i20 is likely to come with three engine options
- 1.2L Naturally Aspirated Petrol
- 1.0L Turbocharged Petrol
- 1.5L Diesel
For transmission duties, Hyundai might include a manual gearbox and a dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The DCT automatic will be very likely offered with the 1.0L, 3-cylinder turbo petrol motor.
