Jeep Compass is all set to get an inside-out makeover. The compact SUV is going to receive a bigger touchscreen at the front.

Jeep, which comes under the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles had a good run in the Indian markets. However, in recent times the sales figures haven’t been as impressive as it used to be. So, the company is looking to make certain tweaks and changes to it’s best selling vehicle in the country.

The Jeep Compass is going to receive a bigger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The current infotainment system model stands at 8.4 inches. All the brands under the FCA group use a similar UConnect infotainment system. Since there is a newer model available, the UConnect 4 is being replaced.

Jeep is aware of the fact, that the Compass is an actual volume seller for the company. Keeping that fact in mind, the carmaker is leaving no stone unturned to woo the customers and keeping the sales going north.

On the outside, the Jeep Compass might get, front grille and bumpers as well as restyled headlamps. On the inside, apart from the new infotainment system, there will be other changes too. The company might add a redesigned dashboard and other driver-assist features.

With the end of the Coronavirus pandemic nowhere in-sight, the company is preparing to play all its cards well. Jeep expects the demand to normalise in 2021 again and the company is ensuring that it stands well then.
