5 Things You Should Know About The New Honda BR-V

Honda recently unveiled the new generation BR-V in Indonesia. It gets a host of new features, a new design and a brand new interior layout. The BR-V was first launched in the Indian market in 2016, however, it couldn’t perform very well in India. It was supposed to take on the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. Here are 5 things you need to know about the 2021 Honda BR-V!

  1. Updated Design

The new BR-V does retain a few design elements even on the new version. It gets a new grille which makes it look a little more aggressive. The new diamond cut alloys increase the aesthetic appeal, couple that with the roof rails and the BR-V looks much bigger and bolder than it used to. The rear has also been revised and it now gets a much more sophisticated, contemporary look.

  1. Refreshed Interior

The interior is where you’ll notice a major change. The BR-V gets up-to date interiors with all an infotainment screen, a good enough driver’s display and some soft touches on the dashboard. It follows an all black theme, which may appeal to some people and to others, it might not.

  1. New Features on the BR-V

With this update, the BR-V also gets some features that were truly missed on the older version. It gets a touch-screen infotainment system, steering mounted controls, cruise control, etc. What’s surprising is that the BR-V also gets a few autonomous driving features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, automatic high-beam and collision mitigation brake system.
