Bajaj Auto has confirmed that the popular Dominar will be getting a 250 cc variant by the next month. The launch date has not been made official yet. But we can expect it to hit the showrooms by the end of March or April 2020. Let’s have a look at what you can expect from the tourer.

- It is likely to get its engine from the KTM 250 Duke which could be a de-tuned version for Bajaj Dominar 250.
- The engine of the Bajaj Dominar 250 can will be paired to a 5-speed gearbox with longer gearing to make it touring friendly.
- The tourer will be coming with the inverted telescopic suspension at the front.
- It can be expected to get features like LED headlamps, broad rear tyre and dual instrument cluster from the Bajaj Dominar 400.
- It will be rivalling against the likes of Suzuki Gixxer SF250, Honda CBR250R and Yamaha FZ25.
- You can expect the Dominar 250 to be priced in the vicinity of ₹1,40,000 which is ₹50,000 less than the 400cc version.
- Being a flagship from the automaker, Bajaj Dominar can be expected not to compromise with safety. Dual-channel ABS can be offered as a standard.
