MG Hector Plus

The Hector Plus which is the company’s first three-row SUV offering which was initially taunted as the six-seater SUV. rumour also has it that the Hector Plus will also be available in a seven-seat variant as well.
Under the hood, the MG hector plus will support the same BS6 compliant 1.5-litre petrol and turbo-petrol engine along with a 48V mild-hybrid system and a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine unit. all three engines will come mated to a 6-speed manual but to our surprise, the petrol models will receive an option of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Next up on the best family car is the Hyundai Creta 7-seater, after the immense success of the 5-seater Creta Hyundai seems to be planning something big as not too long ago spy shots of the 7-seater variant of the Creta SUV was spotted testing in broad daylight.
With its launch, this new Hyundai car will actively rival the likes of the upcoming MG Hector Plus and the Tata Gravitas. The new 7-seater premium SUV is likely to have a higher ground clearance and will be 30mm longer and will sit on a 20mm longer wheelbase if compared to the regular 5-seater variant. Additionally, it will also feature 1.0Lturbo petrol and a 1.5L diesel unit while underpinning the same transmission from its 5 seater cousin. Looking at such impressive specification it seems that the 7-seater Creta will rule the roads again.

This new Mahindra car will sit over the XUV300 and below the XUV500. So with its launch, the XUV400 will actively rival the upcoming Hyundai Creta 7-seater and the MG Gloster.
Talking about the power supply this new car from Mahindra will feature a 1.2L turbocharged petrol unit capable of generating 110hp while paired to a stand 6-speed manual transmission and an optional automatic transmission and is definitely the most stylish and wellbuilt best family car.

Tata Gravitas
Last up on the best family car list in the Gravitas SUV which was first showcased its upcoming premium 7-seater SUV the Gravitas at the recently held Auto Expo 2020 which will be the most substantial upcoming Mahindra XUV500. The Gravitas is scheduled to make its debut before Diwali but after looking at the current situation we might see a delay in the launch.
The new Mahindra XUV500 rival will be based on the Land Rover sourced OMEGA ARC platform with its dimensions being 63mm long, 72mm wide and 80mm tall. Under its hood, we are likely to see a BS6 compliant 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine capable of pushing the maximum power output to 170hp of power with 350Nm of peak torque while paired to a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
