Brands like Hyundai, Maruti, Kia, and Renault need to pull their pants up as a French carmaker, Citroen is all set to bring some heat into the SUV segment with the launch of the 5 & 7-seat configuration of the C3 hatch, The Citroen C3 Aircross
- The Citroen C3 across is set to make its global debut on April 23rd
- It will offer a couple of engine options, which are believed to be a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.2L turbo-petrol engine.
- While the transmission options are to include a standard 5-speed manual gearbox and an automatic transmission.
- The 1.2L turbo petrol variant will come with only a 6-speed manual transmission.
- Coming to the cosmetic upgrades, The all-new C3 Aircross closely resembles the likes of the C3 crossback and sports a similar fascia with added piano black accents and an LED headlamp setup.
- Hopping inside, we do get to see some new additions in the form of the rear AC vents with controls for the 2nd and 3rd rows and a new set of sporty alloy wheels.
- We also get to see a 10.25-inch infotainment display which is expected to offer wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
- Adding glitz to the glamour we also get to see a fully digital instrument cluster along with other basic features.
- With its launch, It will lock eyes with the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta & Alcazar, MG twins ( Hector & HectorPlus), and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
