“So no one told you life was gonna be this way?”, this line from the iconic TV show ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ theme song is something we’ve all been wondering while we try so hard to make peace with the whole COVID-19 situation. If this particular thought hits you in the same rhythm as the line from the song, then we guessing that you are a big-time F.R.I.E.N.D.S junkie like us. If that’s the case, then we’re sure that you’ve had multiple reruns of the show’s 10 seasons during the lockdown. Well, we’d be lying if we’ll say that we aren’t guilty of doing the same.
While being fans of the show like you, we @GoMechanic are also full-time gearheads. We couldn’t help the latter, whatever it may be. Forced out of habit, it got us to think, what does Joey, Chandler, Monica, Ross, Phoebe and Rachel drive in real life? Interesting thought, right? We start the list with the ditzy yet adorable Phoebe Buffay played by Lisa Kudrow on the show. Lisa is the eldest of all the six lead cast members and she also won an Emmy award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for playing the character of Phoebe Buffay. Well, F.R.I.E.N.D.S was like a million years ago, Lisa Kudrow now has a 22-year-old son with her husband Michel Stern. She also recently starred in the Netflix comedy series ‘Space Force’ opposite Steve Carell, playing his wife on the show.

She recently joined the Instagram tribe and the social media platform literally crashed down from the overwhelming response by Jen’s fans. She is clearly the most sensational of all the six to date.
During the same season when Monica got the Porsche from her dad, remember how Rachel was constantly denied to get behind the wheel of the Geller Porsche? That’s why he isn’t just some balling enthusiast, he knows the in’s and out’s of automobiles thoroughly.
His portrayal of Joey Tribbiani is celebrated by the fans more than anything else there was on the show. Joey’s character like Leblanc was an automobile enthusiast too. Things like the 1954 French Grand Prix poster in his room and the utterly hilarious episode where Joey finds lost keys to a Porsche prove that.
When a man with Matt’s level of automobile enthusiasm becomes Matt’s level of wealthy, then it is imperative they spend a good deal of that wealth on exotic automobiles. Matt Leblanc’s garage consists of everything from sports cars to scooters and even an insane Caterpillar D6M XL Bulldozer. He is completely hands-on with his collection and takes up customisation and performance upgrade projects and works on them himself.
