What is the N Line?
The N Line from Hyundai features performance oriented versions of existing cars. The i20 N Line is a very famous and appreciated car in foreign markets. People love it for its driving dynamics and punchy engine. The N Line is essentially a competition for VW’s GT line, Kia’s GT Line and Maruti’s RS line. In India, we expect the changes in the N Line variants to be more cosmetic and less technical. However, that’s what Indians like more, a sportier look and feel with a practical engine. These cars will feature punchy engines along with tweaks on the interior and exterior to give an overall fun and exciting appeal to the vehicles. N Line Cars confirmed for India
As of now, only the i20 N Line is confirmed for India, and it will launch this festive season. Apart from this, there are speculations of an Elantra N Line and a Grand i10 Nios N Line also entering the market in the coming months. With the upcoming i20, Hyundai hopes to give the audience a more engaging and thrilling driving experience.

What will be different in the new i20
The N Line variant of the i20 will feature a sporty exterior and interior. It will get a dual exhaust with chrome tips, a blackened out front grille and side fenders. We are also expecting slightly bigger alloys with a new design. On the inside, we might see bucket like seats. We might also see red stitched accents on the interior along with a special N Line steering wheel. On the technical side, we might see a 1.0L Turbo GDI engine that produces 118HP and 172nm torque. It will be mated to a 7 speed DCT or a 6 speed iMT gearbox. We are also expecting a revised suspension setup and a more aggressive throttle response.
