Hyundai Verna 2020 was expected to launch in India soon and finally, Hyundai has confirmed the date for its launch. The much-awaited sedan arrives in India on 26th March 2020!

Just like the previous generations, this one will also share the elements from the Solaris which was unveiled recently in Russia. Though Hyundai displayed a couple of new launches at the Auto Expo 2020, Hyundai Verna 2020 and the i20 were not there. We don’t know the reason for this till yet but now Hyundai has started revealing the details about the cars gradually.

Hyundai Verna 2020 will get a cosmetic change on the exterior. We can expect some major changes inside the cabin of this car. FYI, the Solaris is the same car that exists in the Russian market with a different badge. Therefore we can say that Hyundai will bring the same elements to the new Verna in India as well.
On the front, the Hyundai Verna 2020 gets an all-new bumper and a set of new LED headlamps. The fog lamp assembly is also a new one and the air dam on the bottom adds up to the sporty look of the car.

We can expect the interior of the Hyundai Verna 2020 to get changes as well. The automaker will definitely work on adding some modern-day features which will suit the needs of the customer. Also, to sustain in the market, Hyundai must have added some elements to make the car look more premium.
Needless to say, the car will be BS6 compliant when it arrives in the Indian market. We can expect Hyundai to launch this car in both petrol and diesel variants. 1.5-litre petrol and a similar diesel engine will power the car under the hood most probably.
The C-Segment sedan currently rivals Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Skoda Rapid and VW Vento.
