Lazareth LMV 496 a.k.a “The Flying Bike” [Watch Video]

Lazareth, a french company famous for its innovation has been ascending in the bike industry since its inception. However, With their most recent product, the Lazareth LMV 496 La Moto Volante they have taken things to a new level and have explored the new potential of the biking industry. The Lazareth LMV 496 has a price span of 380,000  Euro and when converted to Indian rupee it stands at 3.5 crores which is much more than many of the luxury cars like Audi, BMW, Mercedes.

What makes the Lazareth LMV 496 so special and expensive is that this bike can actually fly! The vehicle comes equipped with 96000 rpm JetCat turbine installed in each of the bike’s 4 wheel hubs. When the flying mode of the vehicle is switched ‘ON’ the turbines act to propel the bike into the sky. Also when the flying mode is turned On the wheels of Lazareth LMV 496 swiftly align in a horizontal orientation. According to the video uploaded by Lazareth Auto-Moto, the vehicle can only hover a few feet above the ground level.

The Lazareth LMV 496 has the body resemblance of LM847. A kerosene tank has been provided on the bike and with a full tank, it can provide the necessary fuel for about ten minutes of flight. During the flight mode, the dashboard displays all the essential parameters such as speed, fuel, altitude, position, and coordinates. The driving position and handling are pretty much the same as their earlier models.

To keep the overall weight of Lazareth LMV 496 light, the company has used advanced Kevlar carbon composite to make the body of the bike. Kevlar is a bulletproof material and is usually used in armour vehicles and bulletproof jackets. On a single charge, the bike can travel a distance of 60 miles while there is no role of electricity when the vehicle is in air.

The bike weighs only 140 kgs and can turn at a maximum speed of 96000 rpm.  With more research and tuning the company should try and bring the price down to make it affordable for more people as  The Lazareth LMV 496 can be the answer which the people have been seeking for decades.
