Kia motors India is all set to take over the Indian auto sector with their second offering on the block the Kia Carnival. According to leading media sources a few Kia dealers have abruptly confirmed that the bookings for the Kia Carnival has already commenced unofficially at most of its locations.
The initial booking amount for the Carnival ranges between ₹ 51,000 to 1 lakh, depending upon the dealership. However there has been no official confirmation by Kia, with that said soe dealers are also promising on-time deliveries of the Kia Carnival by the second half of January 2020.

As reported by GoMechanic earlier that the all-new Kia Carnival will feature a 3-Seat configuration and will be sold in a number of variants with top of calls features which include:
- Captain seats with extended leg room
- First in its class 10-inch Kia stocked rear-seat infotainment system
- Large sunroof
- Power adjustable seats
- UVO connectivity Suite
Mechanically the, Carnival will come equipped with a BS6 compliant 2.2-litre diesel engine generating a maximum power output of 202hp mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. We can also expect to see a 6-speed manual version on the luxury MPV as well.
The Kia Carnival will be locally assembled at the company’s Andhra Pradesh facility via its CKD kits, and will have support a competitive price if ₹ 30 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Much recently Kia had officially listed the Carnival on the official website.
Upon its launch this luxury boudou will rival the… Well its doesn’t have any active rivals but it might give a mild competition to the Toyota Innova Crysta with the Mercedes V-class and the Toyota Alphard from the luxury segment.
