Maruti has kept the tallboy running for more than two decades. It has gone through numerous updates, and the current generation is significantly evolved. The previous boxy design has been curved slightly, and it is also wider. Dimensionally WagonR is more extensive in every aspect but slightly lacks ground clearance.
Engine & Power
Maruti offers S-Presso with the same engine as Celerio & Alto K10. While the WagonR is available with multiple engine options, including a 1.0-litre & 1.2-litre petrol engine. S-Presso being an entry-level car does miss out on a few features, but it makes up with quirky elements such as the digital display mounted in the centre of the dashboard. It has a price range from ₹4.25-5.99 lakhs ex-showroom, while WagonR is available from ₹5.47-7.20 lakhs ex-showroom.
