MG 360M MPV is the latest addition to Morris’ Garage. MG is back at it again tapping an all-new but lucrative car segment. The Chinese owned British company will attempt to enter the MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) segment with this car.
The car company has already made its name with the MG Hector SUV in India, and had an amazing day out at the Auto Expo 2020 as well. So, we can’t say that the company is rather quite bullish about the new upcoming MPV, the MG 360M.

Engine
The MG 360M MPV gets its power from a 1.5-litre petrol engine which generates 105 PS power and a torque of 135 Nm. The engine comes mated with a CVT automatic transmission. The thing to note here is the fact that the same engine is found under the bonnet of the MG Hector. The MG360M MPV might also bring s diesel transmission when it comes to India.

Interiors | MG 360M
Inside the MG 360M MPV, the car seems feature loaded. The car offers ample space for all the passengers inside the cabin. The seating configuration of the car is 2+2+2 offering decent space in all the three rows. By folding the seats in the second and the third row, the boot space increases to a good 1350 litres, compared to Ertiga’s 803-litres.

Exteriors | MG 360M
The MG design statements speak out on the outside. The signature honeycomb grille, the LED DRLs and a minimal side profile make a statement for themselves. The MG360M MPV measures 4615 mm in length, 1735 mm in width and 1660 mm in height. These figures make the car longer than Maruti’s Ertiga.

Feature Filled | MG 360M
The MG 360M MPV comes with a host of features to keep you engaged and safe. There’s the 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, electric sunroof, powered driver’s seats and a multi-function steering wheel. On the safety front, the car gets Bosch’s electronic stability program, tyre pressure monitoring system and dual airbags for the driver as well as the co-passenger.

Expected India Launch Date and Price
As far as the launch date is considered, MG hasn’t narrowed down a particular date and is still evaluating. The price of the car is expected to range somewhere between ₹8 lakhs to ₹ 12 lakhs.
MG is still contemplating the launch of the MG 360M MPV. Even if it gets launched the car might receive a better than expected response considering the demand for the segment. However, the dominators of this segment i.e. Mahindra Marazzo, Maruti Ertiga and XL6 might not give their playground so easily.
